Perhaps the most important addition to the TT lineup is the range-topping TT RS, which has 400 hp and is the most potent variant.
The 2018 Audi TT RS is a compact luxury sports car that’s available in a 2+2 coupe or two-seat convertible variant. All-wheel drive is standard. In addition to the base TT, the TTS and TT RS performance coupes are available.
Two engines are available in the 2018 Audi TT including a 2.0-liter turbo-four rated at 220 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque in the base TT or 292 hp and 280 lb-ft in the TTS. The TT RS gets a 2.5-liter turbo-five with 400 hp and 354 lb-ft. The TT and TTS use a six-speed dual-clutch automatic and the TT RS gets a new seven-speed unit. The coupe body style has a 12-cubic-foot cargo area in the hatch and can be expanded with the split-folding rear seats; however, the TT convertible only has 7.5 cubic feet of trunk space.
Standard features on the 2018 TT include full LED headlights, Bluetooth connectivity, the Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster, a rearview camera, keyless entry/start, Audi Drive Select, 50/50 split-folding rear seats (coupe only), heated front seats, 18-inch alloy wheels, and parking sensors. Options include Nappa leather upholstery, navigation, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration, and a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. The TT RS adds more performance goodies front carbon ceramic brakes, a sports exhaust system, and a fixed sport suspension plus a 174-mph top speed.
